The author has connected with many engineers of the iPhone team and has also spent time in China where iPhones are produced. The author has been able to witness the facility, where many workers have committed suicide due to the crushing hours.

Although they leave out the changes that have been made post the arrival of Tim Cook and the launch of the iPad, the book is an interesting read.
